Justin and his crew completed a major rebuild of my side deck and screened porch—not just a cosmetic repair. The project involved removing deteriorated materials, rebuilding portions of the underlying structure, replacing decking, repairing steps, adding skirting and cladding, rebuilding the screened porch area, installing new screening and doors, and addressing flashing and water-management concerns. Marling’s Home & Outdoor recently replaced our 25X25 foot 30 year old deck which I had replaced 2 additional wood surfaces over the years. That got really old, as did I. I can’t recommend Justin and his team enough! They were easy and fair to work with from the start. We needed our pergola replaced and the finished result is even better than what we expected. Justin provided us with many options and discussed pros and cons to stay within our budget. Along the way, he kept us updated on timeline and any changes to the estimate. I am updating my review since Justin and team recently worked on our bathroom. Our bathtub had a crack and needed replacing. As expected, Justin’s professionalism is unmatched. He helped us make the unexpected expense have less headaches. Highly recommend!
